Burning Firewood with Coals

A pile of rough-hewn logs are arranged as if actively burning, with embers glowing around their bases. The wood exhibits a range of textures from charred and cracked to relatively clean surfaces, displaying variations in color from deep browns to lighter tans. Fine particulate, suggestive of ash, surrounds the base of the woodpile, adding to the impression of a recently extinguished or ongoing fire.
